The Mamako Wateralls are well-reputed for their beauty all around Kyushu. Located in the Suki area, upstream the Honjo River, a majestic waterfall is waiting for you. It is a splendid scenery rich in vegetation which was designated as a prefectural scenic spot in 1958. The waterfalls are impressive with a drop of 20 meters and a depth of 22 meters. The drop has been considerably reduced after the construction of the Onyan Damn in 1958. Before that, the drop was around 41 meters. However, the view remains spectacular and is obviously recommended to visit.
The MAPCODE is for the Sukimuland Parking. The observation deck is then indicated and is only 400 meters away.
A few meter away is located the beautiful Sukimuland Big Suspention bridge which is also worth seeing.
