Kinchakuda Manjushage Park was created over many years by the meandering of the Koma River, a clear stream that flows through Hidaka City, and its shape resembles that of a Kinchaku (drawstring bag), so it came to be called Kinchakuda. It has fields of rape blossoms and cosmos.
