Chinbata is a restaurant in a house on a hill overlooking Chichibu, which is famous for its pork miso bowl and waraji katsudon. There is also a "Chichibu specialty W bowl" that combines both into one bowl. There is more volume than it looks, so a normal size is enough. It is crowded during the day on Saturdays and Sundays, so telephone reservations are recommended. You can see the cityscape of Chichibu and the night view is beautiful. The quaint interior of the store, which uses the building materials of an old sake brewery, is very calm and you can eat in it.
Please note that there will be a line of customers waiting to enter the store on weekends.
