The contrast of red and blue you will discover at Chichibu Kogen Farm from late May to the beginning of June will leave you speechless. The carpet of 10 million poppies creates a breathtaking scene at the Tenku no Poppy area of the farm. Tenku no Poppy (Poppies in the sky) is a poppy festival held every year at Chichibu Kogen Farm to coincide with the flowering of poppy fields. It is called "Poppies in the Sky" for its breathtaking scenery of the stunningly beautiful contrast of a clear blue sky, red poppies blooming and green mountains is a sight that can only be seen in this location. At the Chichibu Kogen Farm, you can also play with the farm animals and participate in various events during the year. This farm includes Momo House (dairy exhibition hall), Dobutsu Hiroba (animal plaza), Tenbo Hiroba (observation plaza), it can be enjoyed by the family.

Advice:
Please note that the parking lot is different when you go to Chichibu Kogen Farm from when you go to see Tenku no Poppy.
The best time to see poppies is Mid May-Beg Jun.
