The best point to see the south wall of Mt. Daisen is "Kagikake Pass" located at an altitude of about 900m.
The carpet of Mt. Daisen's symbol beech forest spreads out in the foreground, and the large-scale south wall of Mt. Daisen stands in the back like a wall. The contrast between the exposed mountain surface and the fresh greenery and autumn leaves that continue from the middle is gaining popularity as one of the best scenic points in Mt. Daisen. We highly recommend visting this spot in autumn, it is very beautiful during this time and is a site worth seeing.
