Kikuchi Museum菊池記念館
As you probably noticed is that most of activities in the Miyazaki prefecture are more natural orientated with various outdoor places to visit. Even if the Kikuchi Memorial Hall is one of them, it also has a strong cultural aspect. It is a respected area where you can touch a part of its 400 years of history of folk culture. Takeo Kikuchi was the leader of the village and actively participated in its construction. His house has been well preserved and has been turned into an attractive museum. In the mansion, you can get a clear idea about what living in Japanese countryside used to look like. We highly advise it so that you can get an immersive experience.
