Kanoya Rose Garden

鹿屋バラ園

Kanoya Rose Garden is the largest rose garden in Japan with around 35,000 roses planted here. Many roses are in full bloom here in the Spring season. A wonderful spot to get some great pictures.There is also a Rose festival here in the Spring, usually staring at the end of April and lasts till June 1st.

There is a restaurant with rose curry here and a greenhouse experience where you can cut flowers.

Advice:
It is best to come here in the Spring, starting in April till the end of May.
