MAPCODE for car park : 663 315 825

Senkakuwan Bay is one of the most beautiful scenic spots on Sado Island. With its steep and rocky cliffs, it is surrounded by luscious green scenery that resembles the Hardanger Bay in Norway. With five bays stretching about 3km from Himezu to Kitaebisu, it is collectively called Senakakuwan. This gorgeous bay is filled with series of 30m cliff steeples which are overwhelming.
Visitors can see the entire bay from observation decks in Senakaku Bay Ageshima Park and also from sightseeing boat cruises. These cruises are glass bottomed boats where visitors can also see the marine life in the ocean.
